New Twitter = Header picture

Silicon Valley is probably salivating and will be opining on the latest twitter updates that were announced this morning.  Mashable have already done three stories on it today.  The Today Show are all over it (Matt Lauer shouldn't be allowed to discuss anything tech) and they'll be spin offs across the NBC franchise throughout the day.

Let me save you all that time dear reader:  they've just added a big header picture on the profile page ala Facebook.  So ignore the tech jouno wankfest and get on with your life.
